Thursday establishes the foundation of the weekend. Vehicles arrive, ice certification and course preparation are completed, and manufacturers conduct controlled preview sessions and media demonstrations.

The day concludes with golden-hour photography and an invitation-only Chairman’s Welcome Dinner, setting an intimate and strategic tone for the event.

Official Opening & Winter Concours

Friday marks the formal debut of The Ice Run – Walloon with a parade of classics and exotics through downtown Walloon.

The Winter Concours opens on the frozen lake, complemented by VIP hospitality lounges and sponsor activations.

Timed exhibition runs and OEM demonstrations bring motion to the ice, followed by a twilight Fire & Ice celebration with music, firepits, and alpine-inspired cuisine.

Peak Event & Awards

Saturday represents the crescendo of the weekend. Performance showcases and curated driving sessions continue throughout the day, culminating in the Ice Driving Finale.

The Awards Presentation honors excellence in design and heritage, followed by a Farewell Fireside Celebration to close the event in refined winter style.

Car Club & Enthusiast Day

Sunday welcomes approved car clubs and enthusiasts for organized parade laps and controlled ice sessions. A relaxed atmosphere of casual hospitality and community engagement provides a spirited yet elegant conclusion to four unforgettable days on the ice.
