The Ice Estate:

Designed for Flow

Curated for Experience

The Ice Run – Walloon is meticulously designed to balance operational precision with immersive atmosphere. As illustrated in the official Site Plan – Hotel Walloon ICE RUN WALLOON - Site Plan v5, the event unfolds across three primary environments: the frozen lake surface, the Hotel Walloon lakefront, and the downtown Walloon village corridor.

The Ice Surface

At the heart of the event lies the Ride & Drive circuit—an engineered ice course carved directly into Walloon Lake for controlled demonstrations and exhibition runs. Adjacent to the course are curated Vehicle Display Pods and the OEM Showcase Zone, where manufacturers and select entries are staged in dramatic open-air formation. This layout allows guests to experience both static elegance and dynamic performance within a unified visual field.

The Hotel Walloon Lakefront

The lakefront serves as the hospitality anchor of the event. The Main Tent, VIP lounges, sponsor displays, and premium Food & Beverage installations are positioned to provide heated comfort and elevated viewing access to the ice activities. Nearby, guests will find the Skating Rink & Warming Area, dedicated bonfire lounges, and refined gathering spaces designed for relaxed alpine engagement.

Downtown Walloon

Each morning, vehicles parade into the Downtown Display Area, activating the village with curated sponsor installations and artisan vendors. This extension of the footprint enhances public engagement while maintaining the event’s curated tone.

Guest Flow & Experience

The layout is intentionally linear and intuitive—allowing guests to transition seamlessly between hospitality, exhibition, performance, and social spaces. Clear sightlines, clustered warming areas, and thoughtful spacing between display zones ensure both safety and atmosphere are maintained at a concours-level standard.

The result is not simply a site plan—it is a designed environment where motion, elegance, and winter hospitality coexist in harmony.
